How do I register for an account?

• You can create an account at any time by clicking on the 'account' icon at the top of our website. When you place items in your cart and proceed to checkout, you may be prompted to log in. An account allows you to come back to this shop and view all the orders you have made.

Do I need to register for an account to place an order?

• No, you can checkout as a guest. However, we encourage you to create an account so that you track your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

• We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and accelerated checkouts with Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. 

Where do you offer shipping?

• We offer shipping all across Canada and USA.

Do you have local pickup?

• Yes, we have local pickup. We are located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Can I exchange or return my order?

• Unfortunately, you cannot exchange or return your order with Sweet Tiny Creations. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us at sweettinycreations@gmail.com.
